Option Mentors
Option mentors are here to help answer your questions about what it is like to major in a particular option and what sorts of classes are good to take once you decide to major in a particular option. If you have any questions about one of the options at Caltech then e-mail all of the option mentors at once. They will get back to you within a week.
Duties of an option mentor:
- Answering questions that people ask you
- Filling in and maintaining the little t option wikis
- Help organize option-specific events (such as industry nights, lunch bunches, option discussions)
- Facilitate student-faculty interaction, especially for freshman. This might include helping frosh find information, research, and other things.
- Pass on complaints to the ARC
